Aren't these the most darling, whimsical socks you've ever seen? I've never had handmade socks. I think I'm in love. It's been a rough week. I've worn these socks nearly every day and every time I look down, I smile and remember that really, I'm very happy. And grateful.
It's a warm and whimsical world.

I'm trying. Really, I am.

I wrote this on Monday. And I had the best of intentions to slow down and just rest in the joy of the season. Really, I did. But it's Wednesday afternoon and I'm still running too fast and pushing too hard. The thing is, I know I'm on the fast track to a train wreck. So, I'm starting fresh, re-reading my own words, and resolving to rest in Him. I'll slow down if you will. Deal?
