It's My Blog Birthday!

It's been a year since Lissa launched this blog. I can't thank her enough! If you've enjoyed spending time here, please let Lissa know! She started a bit of a blog population explosion last year. We have all learned so much from being a part of this community. Won't you have a piece of cake? It's actually (well, virtually--but if someone local wants to make it so, I wouldn't mind at all) Milwaukee Frozen Custard (I don't eat cake:-).

Oh! And thank you for the very nice present! My children tell me that www.ebeth.typepad.com (also known as this here Birthday Blog) has been nominated for the Homeschool Blog Awards. I'm honored to be in such good company.

Child: Mommy, come see! Paddy keeps resetting Karoline and she keeps turning over all by herself!

Child: Mom, should we just re-boot last night's dinner and call it lunch? (In my day, we called that leftovers...)
